I have no fixed idea of what I want to do later in my life. However among the jobs which I admire there is one who
makes me dream: that of the CEO, chief executive officer or Managing Director. The CEO describes the position of the
most senior corporate officer, executive, or administrator in charge of managing an organization. The CEO of
a corporation or company typically reports to the board of directors and is charged with maximizing the value of the entity.
At the top of the pyramid, on the first place of the company, the CEO manages his employees, such the captain of a
ship.
"It is a post with very high responsibilities. It is also an adventure in which one pulled many employees. It is necessary
to know perfectly the corporates management, to give itself the ways to reach its goals. To manage a company
requires many qualities: contact human being, business acumen, knowledge right, in management, in economy ... It is
necessary to be ready for any eventuality. Many sacrifices also: an overloaded schedule, staggered hours, late working
meetings ...To exercise this job, it is necessary to have a very strong motivation and a big resistance in the stress. Even
if the CEO delegate a lot, also he go on the ground, in meeting for example. He make the most important decisions, in
agreement with the board of directors. The CEO is the conductor and the success of the company rests on his
shoulders.
