IMPORTANT INFORMATION
VITAL WORLD The Vital World can be entered only once for the whole duration of
purchased ticket. You are not entitled to
re-enter on the same ticket. No entry to Vital World for children under 12 years. Entry for children
from 12 to 15 years allowed only if accompanied by an adult person (over 18 years). Vital
World capacity is limited; please ask for the
actual number of visitors at the cash desks.
It is not allowed to go to sauna at the Vital
World in swimsuits (it is only allowed in bathing sheets that each visitor receives upon the
entry), is prohibited the entry in shoes.

you will be charged a surcharge of 2 for
every additinional 30-min. period. It is possible to extend the time of your stay after

at the cash desk upon your exit.

One exchange voucher is for 1 entry and 1

person only. The exchange voucher is replaced with a ticket (an electronic chip) after submission at the cash desk. Vouchers
are valid for 3 months from the date of issue, please contact the ticket office or
phone +421 52 7851 111 about the possibility of extending the voucher for free after its expiration. Prepaid exchange vouchers (single pass) are flexible and are suitable
as a gift.
ELECTRONIC PASS TERMS AND
CONDITIONS Sale of electronic pass for
SPORT packet or FITNESS is only possible
with an AquaCity club card and is subject to
the conditions in the AquaCity Club loyalty
program. Club cards can be obtained during opening hours at the cash desks. One
electronic pass includes 10 entries and an
additional recharge of entries is only possible after the usage of previous entries.
