The tender schedule, tender conditions and other details can be downloaded
from the TTD Official Website www.tirumala.org upto to 3.00 PM 07.11.2016 and a DD
for Rs. 500/- per tender schedule to be drawn in favour of THE EXECUTIVE OFFICER,
T.T.DEVASTHANAMS. TIRUPATI, payable at Tirupati shall be enclosed to the tender
along with all other requisites and drop in the tender box in the O/o. Asst.Exe.Officer
(Revenue), TTD Admn., Building, Tirupati before 3.00 PM on 07.11.2016 and tender
box will be opened by 3.30PM on 07.11.2016. The cost of tender schedule is not
refundable. Submission of tender documents after the due date and time will be
rejected.

The Executive Officer, TTD Tirupati reserves all rights to cancel or to postpone
the tender at any stage without assigning any reasons.

TENDER CONDITIONS
Part-A
1. The tender schedule downloaded from the TTD official website along with a DD for
Rs.500/- towards cost of Tender Schedule should be enclosed.
2. The period of Licence is one (01) year and it is extendable for further two (02) years
subject to discretion and satisfaction of EO, TTD and there will be no further extension
under any circumstance.
3. The tender documents are not transferable. The cost of tender documents will not be
refunded under any circumstances.
4. The filled tender schedule should be accompanied with a demand draft / Pay order
from any schedule Bank drawn in favour of the Executive Officer, TTDs, payable at
Tirupati for Rs.25,000/- or Rs.50,000/- or Rs.75,000/- in respect of shops / rooms as
detailed above towards Earnest Money Deposit. This amount will be retained towards
caution deposit and refunded only after satisfactory completion of the licence period
and does not carry any interest. The EMD paid by the unsuccessful tenderers will be
refunded after completion of the tender process.

5. The tenders not accompanied by sufficient EMD will be summarily rejected.

6. The EMD DDs /Pay order should be drawn on or after the date of tender notice
publication.
7. The tenderer should affix latest photograph, if fails, such tender shall be treated
as incomplete and will be rejected.
8. The tenderer should attach photo copy of the permanent address proof /
Residence proof (like Ration card, Aadhar Card) and copy of PAN Card along
with tender schedule, failing which, such tender shall be treated as incomplete
and will be rejected.
9. The tenderer should quote their rates both in figures and words and specify the room
/shop / open space etc., for which tender is filed. Over writings, erasures, alterations in
the tendered rates will not be admitted unless they are attested by the date initials of
the tenderer.
10. In case of any discrepancy between the licence fee quoted in figures and words,
in such cases, whichever is highest will be considered as licence fee.
11. Tenders can be opened in the presence of the tenderers attended only. In case,
no tenderers are attended, the tenders will be opened in the presence of Tender
Committee Members
12. The authority nominated to decide the tenders reserves all the rights to postpone /
cancel /reject and to change the venue for opening of tenders at any point of time / at
any stage without assigning any reasons, therefore.
13. The opening and finalization of the tenders shall be subject to such other further
conditions as may be specified at the time of opening of tenders.
14. The TTD reserves the right to reject any tender whose acceptance may lead to
violation of the provisions under rules 197 and 223 of the statutory rules issued in
G.O.Ms. No.311 (Endts) Department Dt:- 09-04-1990.
15. In case of any violation of the tender conditions of licence, the EMD and 06 (Six)
months advance licence fee shall be forfeited.
16. The tenderer should not add any condition and such of those tenders which stipulate
additional conditions are liable to be rejected.
17. The tender of the persons who are in arrears of any dues to the TTDs and the persons
having criminal record will summarily be rejected.
18. The acceptance and confirmation of the tender of the successful tenderer by the
competent authority shall only confer upon him the licence to sell the articles at the
MRP rates fixed and subject to the licence conditions separately enclosed.
19. The tenders will be valid for a period of 03 (Three) months from the date of opening of
the tenders
Part-B
1.

The successful tenderer shall take possession of the room and deposit an amount
equivalent to Six (06) months licence fee towards advance deposit, within 15 days
from the date of confirmation of the tender. Failure to take possession and to deposit
the Six months advance within the time, stipulated, the EMD will be forfeited into TTD
account. The six months advance will not carry any interest.
2. The highest tenderer shall, subject to acceptance by the TTD, pay the monthly
licence fee before 5th of every succeeding month, for the specified area licenced in
respect of which the tender is made. Besides licence fee, the licensee shall pay the
electrical and water charge as per the demand raised by the department, concerned
as per consumption. The licensee shall also pay the statutory taxes in addition to the
licence fee.
3. The successful tenderer shall be liable to submit the necessary Sales Tax registration
certificate and Income Tax clearance Certificates.
4. Though the period of licence proposed is one (01) year extendable upto three (03)
years the same is only tentative and the licence is liable to be cancelled at any time
prior to the expiry of the said period, without assigning any reasons with a notice of
one month.
5. The licence is liable to be terminated at any time with 15 days notice by the licensor if
it is required for TTD or any public purpose.
