(spesifitas 96%, PPV 64%), sedangkan sensitivitas Cirrus OCT (sensitivitas 100%) lebih baik dari
Stratus OCT (28%-67%).

Pada pemeriksaan lapisan serat saraf subjek sehat dengan Stratus OCT diapatkan ketebalan sebesar 101um
sedang dengan Cirrus OCT sebesar 88 um. Pada pasien glaukoma melalui pemeriksaan Stratus OCT
menunjukan ketebalan lapisan serat saraf yang sedikit berbeda dibandingkan hasil Cirrus OCT yaitu pada
Stratus sebesar 61 um dan pada Cirrus sebesar 63 um

Berdasarkan parameter OCT yang ada, Stratus OCT menunjukan spesifitas dan positive predictive value
yang baik sehingga dapat dikatakan Stratus OCT akurat dalam pemeriksaan screening dibandingkan
