This was my second observation of Ms. Sileo. She is a natural when it comes to S5 and S6. As a student teacher she is
building capacity in S1-3. Ms. Sileo effectively delivers a lesson and engages her students. She takes feedback and
implements suggestions. Ms.Sileo needs to work on questioning. Asking the "why". She is dedicated to and
passionate about her profession. It was a pleasure to have her in our building.
