The definition of a code of ethics

The code of ethics is needed to
1. Save the reputation of a profession by way of providing explisit criteria can be used to regulate
the behavior of its members.
2. Improving the practice is more competent and more accountable by its members.
3. Protecting the public from exploitation by incompetent practices

GENERAL OBLIGATIONS
