    exceed what was budgeted.
    Id appreciate a report back with an explanation for each of the variances as soon as possible. Also,
    where appropriate, include your plans for remediation.
    Please reach out to Bernard Fernando at Bernard.Fernando@probquest.com for help. Hes a financial
    consultant who specializes in the hotel industry. Ive already updated him on the situation.
