GERALYN AX-W SERIES

High performance food-grade lubricating grease

Description
GERALYN AX-W SERIES is a food grade grease formulated with
industrial strength anti-wear and extreme pressure performance. It
is an aluminum complex product for excellent water resistance and
high temperature service. Off-white in color, smooth textured with
slight tack, GERALYN AX-W is available in three consistency
grades: NLGI #2, #1, or #0. This grease is biologically inert, and
manufactured in conformance with US FDA requirements for use
where incidental contact with a food product is possible.

GERALYN AX-W SERIES is a true general-purpose grease, a food
grade lubricant with industrial strength capability. It is ideal for
consolidation of all grease lubrication requirements throughout any
food processing or packaging plant. Excellent for use in wet
conditions and good over a wide temperature range. With its high
dropping point, this grease can be used for standard service in
exposures up to 400F.
GERALYN AX-W SERIES is suitable for bearings, slides, cams, pivot
pins, etc. GERALYN AX-W1 is recommended for use in higher
speed bearings or cold environments. GERALYN AX-W0 is
recommended for centralized lubrication systems.

Note: Products meet United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
regulations as set forth in CFR 21, Section 178.3570 (lubricants with
incidental food contact.) They contain no natural substances derived from
animals or genetically modified organisms. Products are biostatic; will not
promote microbial or fungal growth.

Lever type grease guns, bucket pumps or other grease dispensing

equipment including centralized systems suitable for delivering the
appropriate NLGI grade should be used to apply GERALYN AX-W
SERIES products.
