    BUS ADMITTANCE MATRIX

    Impedances are expressed in per-unit on a common MVA base


    and for simplicity resistances are neglected. Nodal solution based
    upon KCL.
    - Impedances are converted to admittance
    - Generators are transformed to current sources
    - Node 0 (which is normally ground is taken as reference)
    Ymn = 0 if there is no connection between bus m and n.
    In a typical power system network, each bus is connected to only
    a few nearby buses. Many off-diagonal elements are zero.
