Trinetra uses industry-leading mobile & web technologies to bring you the highest quality of GPS Tracking &
Mobility Solution for your business, both for people-tracking & vehicle tracking requirements. This innovative
combination of Mobile App & our award-winning Web-based cloud platform is useful for you to track people
or vehicles easily and provides valuable information such as Location, Speed, Distance traveled & much
more. The Trinetra cloud platform has features like Dashboard, Monitor, History, Landmarks, Alarms & more.
Intelligent reports are available for analysis and decision making, which can be exported to pdf, word or
excel.
Applications for Trinetra mobile app & web platform are wide & varied, including Salesman Tracking, Field
Force Tracking, Service Team Tracking, Personal Tracking, Child Safety Tracking, People Tracking,
Outsourced Fleet Tracking, Vehicle Tracking & much more.

4.1.
Key Features
Trinetra App would be turned on automatically when the mobile is turned on.
Track the Mobile asset in terms of Current location, Real time movement.
Date and Time Stamp of visits to the Locations of interest / overall movement.
Capture Distance Travelled by the mobile asset
Alerts would be triggered when the Mobile Battery is low at various thresholds
Prompt user with alert when the Mobile is switched ON
Alert with popup message to turn ON the GPS feature if it is turned OFF manually.
Email / SMS notifications for user configured events (i.e. to be done in the portal).
Automatic Up gradation of App Over the Air (If New Features are included)

4.2.

Installation of App
Trinetra Mobile App can be downloaded & installed in Android Phones V2.3 from Google Play (click
here to download).
Upon installation of the App, device id will be sent to server
Device id needs to be mapped to respective person / asset (to be tracked) in the portal.
User would be prompted to enter their mobile number and organization code in order to authenticate
the tracking.
Note: Only based on the valid authentication, mobile would be taken into account for tracking.

5.1.
User Friendly Dashboard
Provides summarized group data in easy-to-understand charts and graphs
The user can view reporting in the form of both graphs and data grids on full screen
Option for viewing the top ranked data
Option to export the summarized data along with the chart in PDF and Excel
Option to view the full screen dashboard
Users can view latest releases / news and group management tips will also be available
5.2.
Monitor
Acts as a web-based monitoring center with Digital Maps for the entire group of vehicles
Displays the warning and critical alerts generated in the last 24 hours with status indication
Lists the vehicles of the selected group with the latest position and status information
Option to export the listed data to PDF, Word, Excel and CSV
Full screen view to view the list of the vehicle status in the selected group
User can map the position of the selected vehicles by selecting it
Landmark can be added directly from the map with notifications
Advanced search function to help the user to search vehicles
User can also send commands by clicking on the vehicle
5.3.
History
View the entire trip of the vehicle for the specified duration on the map with current position
Provides the information of point that is plotted in the map when the cursor is placed over it.
Different icons will be shown in Map to indicate different status of vehicle
Commands can be sent from History screen
Specific messages can be filtered easily using textbox preference search
Customize the poly line style for plotting, add a custom landmark

Lists various trip information like physical location, date and time, speed, message details,
direction of travel in the grid along with the commands sent to the vehicle & its related details
Provides additional information like sensor status, geo location, odometer reading etc.
Option to export the listed data to PDF, Excel, Word and CSV
5.4.
Alerts
Provides the list of alerts generated.
Provides an option to acknowledge or close the selected alerts. Bulk acknowledgement / close
of alarms is possible
Search for the alerts generated based on the group, mobile asset, severity, status, duration and
the user who have acknowledged and/or closed the alert.
The list of alerts has the details like Status of Alert (Pending / Acknowledged / Closed), Vehicle
Name, Date / time, Severity, Details, Physical location and Acknowledgement or Closed with
related user details
Option to export the listed data to PDF, Excel, Word and CSV
5.5.
Landmarks
Create and manage custom landmarks by Street Address or by Geo location
The landmarks can be categorized based on the users requirement.
When the vehicle reaches a particular landmark instead of the street address or physical
location the landmark will be displayed in the vehicle trip history
Set list of users to whom the notification related to the landmark has to be given
Trigger notifications to relevant users on events like the ignition is on / off at the landmark

A user friendly configuration panel allows you to manage your group based on user privileges.

Scheduling Module
Scheduling module would be available in the Trinetra Web Application using which the admin user
can select the sales person / mobile asset and select the respective dealer locations and also can
choose the date and time when person / mobile asset needs to reach the dealer place. Once the
scheduling is done it would be saved in the application. Bulk Import of scheduling can also be done
from the excel sheet (i.e. in predefined format suggested by Trinetra).
5.7.
Preferences
Allows the logged in user to manage his / her preferences such as:

Time zone Based on the selected time zone, the date and time will be displayed in the
entire application for the particular user and also to send the notifications
Distance Units Select the unit (Km / Miles) the distance and speed will be displayed in the
application.
Default group Specifies the default group which will be loaded, wherever applicable when
the user navigates throughout the application.
Screen refresh frequency The duration set will be used in the Monitor page in order to
perform automatic refresh and update of the vehicle information.

Standard Report
Trip Summary Provides the summarized information of each trip such as date and
time, address of the start and end of the trip, duration, distance traveled, stop time
and idling time.
Alarms Gives various alerts generated, its status along with respective summary.
Landmark Activity - Provides the details of vehicles trips between the selected
landmarks with details on distance traveled, idling time, the maximum speed and
different landmarks visited in between the trip.
Schedule Deviation Report - Schedule Deviation report provides data on what time
the asset has reached the destination landmark as compared to the planned time.

Pre-Requisites & Disclaimers:

1. Android Mobile Phones with higher Battery Capacity are preferable to withstand for more hours.
Trinetra can assist clients in choosing relevant mobile phones based on the clients requirements
2. Regular mobile usage (calls, sms, etc.,) and other apps would also consume battery.
3. The Trinetra app should not be uninstalled from the mobile by any means.
4. Cost of Mobile phone, GPRS enabled SIM cards and the monthly recurring cost of SIM are to be
taken care by the client
5. For the reporting interval of 15 min, the data usage for the month would be around few MBs, typically
5 - 10MB (Maximum) and the client needs to choose the appropriate data plan with any mobile
service provider accordingly. This calculation is dependent on the service provider so better to scope
for a higher data plan
6. If the GPRS package balance is NIL data wont get transferred. Also if the user manually switches
off the mobile data wont get transferred to the server.

Validity: This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of the proposal
Taxes, Duties & Levies: All taxes, duties & levies are extra / additional as applicable (example:
Excise Duty / Sales Tax / Service Tax)
Mobile App Delivery: Within 1 week from the date of order confirmation and payment.
Digital Maps: As its a third party service, accuracy of map data is outside our purview
Max. of 10 users can access the web application
Training for Trinetra Software:
A remote web-based training and setup assistance will be provided as part of the scope
A detailed user manual will also be provided
One-time onsite training can be provided if we have a local office, else it would be charged
Scope of Trinetra Software Support during the contract duration:
Remote Helpdesk for technical support or product clarifications via email and telephone is provided
in addition to online product support forum and self-service FAQs
Any bugs or errors accepted will be fixed free of cost
Upgrades or patches to existing features of our application will be given free of cost
Onsite Support is not included and would be charged extra
New modules or additional features are not included and are charged extra.
