"Awesome! Great for breakfast, brunch or supper. This recipe is from a bed
and breakfast."

INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Mexican seasoning ( or 1/8 teaspoon each oregano, garlic powder,cumin and black
pepper)
1 2/3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
3 tablespoons chopped green chili peppers

DIRECTIONS
1.Beat eggs with whisk until fluffy.
2.Stir in water, powdered milk, salt, seasonings, cheese and peppers.
3.Pour into a lightly buttered 9-inch pie pan.
4.Bake at 350F for 35 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
5.Cut into wedges.
6.Serve immediately.
