Initially, all ssevaks will be standing on the edge of the area, and in front of them a marker will be placed
which will act as a house. There will also be a house in the centre of the area which will be initially empty.
When kuru is given, each ssevak will vacate their home and go to another home. However, they cant go to
their immediate neighbours house, i.e. the adjacent houses. Whilst the game is going on the shikshak will
remove one house at a time, so there will less houses to go around for each ssevak. Those ssevaks without
a house will be out of the game.

Kho Kho in pairs in a circle

Ssevaks will be standing in a circle, with one ssevak behind his partner, and all ssevaks facing the centre of
the circle. There will one catcher who will be outside the circle and the free running ssevak inside the circle.
When kuru is given the catcher will try to catch the ssevak. The free running ssevak will avoid getting caught
by standing in front of a pair of ssevak, and clapping once. As soon he claps the second of the pair ssevak
will get chased by the catcher, and he will be the new free running ssevak. The previous free running ssevak
will be paired with the lone ssevak, who will now stand behind. The game will continue until the ssevak gets
caught or stabha is given.

Danda Ek Shaha Sampada

Split into two games; one person from one team goes to opposite team by sayging Kabaddi Kabaddi without
loosing breath and touches as many as people he can and comes back without getting cought. Make
variations depending on the number of people and type of gana.
first person runs to the mark and ties the handkerchief to his leg and comes back and the next person
removes the kerchief and runs to the mark and ties to his leg .. It continues like this
Throw the danda somewhere and each team has to form a straight line at their respective edges and the team
which forms first will win .. Play for 5 points .

each will have a number. When the shikshak shouts out two numbers the ssevaks with those numbers will

positions. The ssevak who is left without a place to go will end up in the middle of the circle, and he will wait
for the shikshak to shout out another two numbers.

Initially, all ssevaks will be one leg on the perimeter of the circle. There will be a number of objects in the
centre of the circle. When kuru is given, each ssevak will hop to the centre of the circle, grab one object and
will return to their place. They will leave the object there before going for another object. Note, ssevaks have
to be hopping all the time, and they can only pick one object at a time. The ssevak with the most objects will
be the winner.
Hold left palm up, place the the right index finger on the other person's palm. When kho is given catch the
other persons finger and at the same time aviod being catched

There will be a small circle which will act as the agni kund, and gathered around in a circle will be the ssevaks
holding adjacent ssevaks hands. When kuru is given, the ssevaks will try to pull/push each other into the agni
kund. Those ssevaks who step in the kund will be out of the game, or the pair of ssevaks who broke the link
will be both out of the game. The game will continue until one ssevak survives from stepping in the kund, and
he will be the winner.

Two teams will be gathered in adjacent rectangular areas. One at a time the ssevaks from each team in turn
shall enter the opponents areas and attempt to touch a member of the opposing team before returning. Only
those ssevaks who are touched can attempt to stop the catcher from returning to his area. Points are scored
for either a successful touch and return, or for preventing ssevaks from returning to their areas. The team with
the most points win.

until another s sevak comes, places his hand on his head and says Amrit. The s sevak is now free to help
other s sevaks who are poisoned being cautious of not getting caught by the catcher again. Those s sevaks
caught whilst on their feet, or who step outside the area will be out of the game.

along the bridge. Once the fish passes through the first set of ssevaks they will run to the end of the line
before the fish gets there.

goes inside the legs one point is scored. the outside team members can move around.
Initially, all ssevaks except the chor and the sipayee will stand in a grid formation, facing the same way so that
there is a ssevak at every horizontal and vertical interaction. The ssevaks will also have their arms in a
horizontal position, thereby forming a number of channels. These channels are the only forms of travel for
both the chor and sipayee. They are not allowed to go under the arms of the ssevaks. When kuru is given, the
sipayee will try to catch the chor, and at the same time the shikshak will shout out three different orders,
Dakshina Vrut, Vama Vrut or Ardha Vrut to the ssevaks, so the channels keep changing

minutes then whole team will enter again inside circle and it continues .. and head count is established

In the madal have the sevak's face inside and outside. Identify a runner and a chaser. The runner can run
inside or outside of the mandal. The chaser has to chase and give kho to inside or outside facing sevak; then
that sevak will become the chaser; The chaser cannot go in and out of the mandal.

Relay formation - each team has a ball, person in front of each line starts with it in his/her hands. They pass
the ball back all the way person to person till it gets to the back-most person. Meanwhile person in front of
line goes behind the last person, the 2nd person behind him, and so forth. Continue till the person at the

Everyone runs around clockwise in a circle, and the shikshak calls a number. That many ppl come together

kho-alt. Ppl circle (the chaser), and the chasee is inside the circle. The chasee can run anywhere. The chaser must give

kho from the back to get someone else to chase. People who are facing inside the circle can only run inside
opp. Direxn the circle, and similarly for those facing outside the circle.
mandal with cross inside is to be made with cones. One person chases, and everyone can only run either
cross chase along the cones on the outside of the circle or along the cross inside the circle.

run. If the person in the middle gets their leg hit then he/she goes to the mandal, and the person who threw
the ball comes in the middle.

member of Team B comes into that area and touches that person's hand, freeing them and letting them go
back to Team B area. Team members may pass the ball once they get it, but someone must actually RUN

One person begins chasing all others. Once he tags someone, they freeze in their position, and may only
move their arms. They become trees, helping the tagger tag others if they come nearby.
1 person stands with a ball behind them while others stand far away in eka sha sampata; the others can move
forward when the person is not looking. Whenever he/she turns around and looks everyone must be like a
statue. Ultimately someone must get the ball. in the simpler version they must simply run back with the ball,
while the person tries to tag that person prior to he/she getting to their starting place. in the other version,
when someone gets the ball, they must move back stealthily, and when the person in front turns around
he/she has 2 guesses as to who has the ball. if he/she correctly guesses, then the game starts all over.
ultimately someone must take the ball back to the beginning.
everyone lines up except for one person who is the mongoose. The mongoose must try to touch the back of
the snake, while the snake must try to avoid that from happening.

person in the circle thinks of a person in that category. Then each person shares who they thought of. If any
two people think of the same person, they are both out. Then another category is given, and so on. Another
way to play the game with small sankhya is that if any two ppl think of the same person, they have to connect
one body part to the other person. (for example, they touch their feet together) At the end, the person with
least number of connections wins.

Everyone sits in a circle with their legs stretched forward in such a way where there is just enough room for
one person to stand in front of all the peoples legs. One person stands in between everyone, while all others
hold their hands up in the air. The person in the middle keeps his hands crossed on his shoulders, and falls
like a pillar onto the hands of the people sitting down. The people sitting down must keep rotating the person
in the middle, and keep him/her from falling down.

one person thinks of a message, or a sentence, and passes it to the next person quietly in their ear. They
passing the pass it on, and it keeps going until it reaches the last person. They he/she says what they heard, and check if

Two teams are formed, and each team decides on one person to be their guru. A big enough rectangular
boundary is required. Once kuru is given, each team tries to drag members of the opposing team to their
guru. If a member of team A is blessed by team B's guru, then that person becomes part of team B (and viceTeam/Shak
versa). Ultimately whichever team succeeds in bringing all the members of the opposing team to their side

The formation is that of a relay game. Each person bends forward and puts their left hand behind under their
own legs, and their right hand forward. Then each person holds the left hand of the person in front of them

the first person also lies down. Then the first person gets up, the second person, and so on until everyone

Everyone starts out in a mandal with their eyes closed. The shikshak selects a killer by tapping them on the
shoulder. Then everyone opens their eyes, and once kuru is given everyone goes around shaking different
people's hands introducing themselves. However the killer can scratch the hands of someone while shaking
their hands, making them out. Others must try to identify who the killer is.

Reach the
shore

Team A starts by holding each others hands, with the person on one end of the line holding a pole, or some
object. The other team spreads out in a vast area (as though they were the ocean). The people holding
hands can go one at a time and try to cross the area where team B is located to reach the safe land. However
once they let go of each others hands, they can be tagged by Team A. They are given a finite amount of time
to see how many people they can get to the safe land. Then the roles are swapped.
