1. When is the contest promotion period?

Contest period is from 25 July to 24 October 2016.
2. Who is eligible to participate?
This contest opens to all individuals/ retail customer and non-individuals customer/ entity i.e
individual i.e. Small Medium Enterprises (SME) and Sole-Proprietorship with valid account
maintain with participating Bank/ Financial Institutions in Malaysia.
3. How do we define the Small Medium Enterprises (SME)
The definition of SME will be referring to the Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) Circular on New
Definition of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Below is the excerpt of the circular:

4. How do I participate in this Contest?

Customers who have performed IBG transaction via Internet Banking, Mobile Banking or
Automated Teller Machine (ATM) would be automatically deemed to be participating in this
contest. The more you transact the more chances you have.
5. Is there a minimum transaction amount for each transaction?
Minimum transaction amount is RM1.

7. Will I have the chance to win more than 1 prize?

No, each Participant can win one (1) prize only.
8. How will the winners be selected?

Each Bank/Financial Institutions will select two (2) shortlisted qualifying winners from each
contest category and submit the details to the Organizer. The selection is based on the
highest number of transactions performed via IBG.
Subsequently, the Organizer shall select the Winners from the overall list of the shortlisted
qualifying winners obtained from all Bank/Financial Institutions through its in-house sequential
application. The Winners shall be contacted by Banks/Financial Institutions via telephone and
shall be required to answer two (2) questions correctly to win the prizes.
9. How do I know if I am already in the running to win the prizes?
As long as you have made a successful IBG transaction during the promotion period, you will
be in amongst the pool of eligible participant.
10. How and when will the winners be notified?
Winners will be notified via phone call by your Bank/ Financial Institution within sixty (60) days
after the contest ends.
11. Who should I refer to if I have further queries on the campaign?
