Generalidades
Observacin y monitoreo:

Los prototipos no tienen acceso durante las 24 horas.


La apertura del prototipo es a las 7:00, el cierre del prototipo es a las 22:00.
La apertura del prototipo est a cargo del Site Operations Coordinator del equipo.
El equipo solicitar a la organizacin a travs del Instrumentation Contact la supervisin para realizar la conexin a la
acometida Elctrica e Hidrulica.
Los medidores de energa y agua estarn tomando informacin desde el 23 de noviembre de 2015 a las 8:00 horas.
Durante el ensamblaje y antes del 2 de Diciembre los electrodomsticos y dispositivos deben pasar una inspeccin de
operacin.
Despus de estar conectado a la RED elctrica, el equipo puede generar consumo pero este no ser tomado en cuenta en
la competencia.
El 2 de Diciembre a las 20:00 habr un corte de energa. Es el fin del perodo de construccin.
El 3 de Diciembre es un da de descanso. Da de Inauguracin.
La fase de construccin que inicia con la localizacin de la cimentacin requiere de aprobacin de un inspector.
La inspeccin estructural debe ser solicitada por el equipo en los horarios disponibles de acuerdo al Competition
Calendar.
Sin la aprobacin del inspector el equipo no puede continuar su ensamblaje so pena de ser inhabilitado de la
competencia.

The evaluation process of the juries is organized in four main phases:

First phase:

Visits to the houses. 30 Min per house - The visits take place during the Contest Week in the Solar
Village, giving the juries the opportunity to visually verify the information previously delivered and raising any question
or clarification that they consider appropriate directly to the decathletes.

Second phase: 25 Min per house - Documents review. The relevant deliverables outlined in Table 6 give the juries
the opportunity to study the projects, to familiarize themselves with each, and to explore the specific technical details
proposed.

Third phase: Deliberation. 370 Min per house - The deliberation is the process in which the different members of
the same jury bring ideas together, sharing their opinions regarding the previous phases.

Fourth phase:

Scoring Justification. 100 Min per house - Juries will assign scores and will provide a writing
feedback to each team explaining the scoring assigned and the evaluation criteria considered.
