This letter is in reference to your desk shift working at Carney Johnston on
Tuesday, September 27, 2016. You were scheduled to work 9AM-12PM. You
did not arrive for your shift until 11:45, 15 minutes before the shift was
scheduled to end.
Not only does this put your coworkers at a disadvantage, but it also took
time out of my office time that I had to sit at the desk in order to have
someone at the desk. You reviewed your schedule before it was submitted,
approved the shifts you were schedule to work, and have worked the 9A-12P
shift for the last 2 Tuesdays (September 13th and 20th).
Please be aware that because of your missed shift, you are being placed on
probation with your job at the desk. Please note that if you miss anymore
shifts for the remainder of the semester, your position at the Carney
Johnston desk will be reconsidered and could be terminated.
