While performing occupancy checks this evening, it was

found that the room adjoining your room (Room 303) has
multiple items including, but not limited to: butcher
paper, a computer, pillows on the bed, paint supplies, a
soda can, and pizza boxes. Because you are assigned to
room 301 as a double room only, this is a violation of
occupancy. Please remove all items from room 303 within
