    Good afternoon! I wanted to touch base with you three and let you know that I am
    filling the position as assistant area coordinator role for Carney Johnston. I will be
    working with you three in 3 weeks for RA move-in days and training, and will also be
    living in the dorm and fulfilling the roles of this position. Im excited to be here and
    to work with you three in creating a safe, enjoyable Carney community for the
    residents that will be living on campus this year!
    Please remember that your move in date is set for August 7 at 1 P.M.! Training will
    begin on August 8th, but please be flexible throughout the training process, as we
    will have new student orientations going on, as well as DA training and the football
    team from Memphis campus coming to stay with us in preparation for their
    scrimmage.
    I look forward to getting to know you and working with you! If theres anything I can
    do to be of an assistance to you as you prepare to move in, or if you have any
    questions for me, dont hesitate to contact me. My cell is (901) 336-****, and my
