Dear Participant,
Master of Business Administration Participant Briefing and Consent
Letter
I am Mahesha Sisirakumara and I am collecting data from you, which will be
used in my dissertation for Rajarata Chemist (Pvt) Ltd, as part of my Master
of Business Administration at the University of Derby.
The objective of the dissertation research is to identify the impact of current
leadership style on employee job dissatisfaction and provide
recommendations for improve employee job satisfaction through
leadership style solution, and the information you will be asked to provide
will be used to help to provide insights to achieve this objective.
The data you provide will only be used for the dissertation, and will not be
disclosed to any third party, except as part of the dissertation findings, or as
part of the supervisory or assessment processes of the University of Derby.
The data you provide will be kept until (31st August 2016), so that it is
available for scrutiny by the University of Derby as part of the assessment
process.
