Moore's law refers to an observation made by Intel co-founder Gordon Moore in 1965. He noticed that the number
of transistors per square inch on integrated circuits had doubled every year since their invention. Moore's
law predicts that this trend will continue into the foreseeable future. And this has been shown in the image.
Future trends:. This ppt shows how Ibm is developing cognitive computing. In it IBM is trying to integrate Traditional
computers functions with neurosynaptic chip to create holistic computing intelligence.
Moores law is explained by me in the previous slides.
The price of IT equipment fell at an average of 16 percent per year in the period from 1959-2009 .
This image shpws some of the latest technologies and gadgets that we are currently using.
3D printing: Now I vil be talking about how 3d printing works and images shown here are of 3d printed objects.
Working: Digitize object in CAD,than the 3d software slices objects into layers, than printer deposits metal layer by
layer, laser melts this powder to form solid object and than it is dip in bath to remove extra material.
