Goal 1: Introduction to push marketing

By the end of q 3 I completed training on the set up and of delivery of


email campaigns to countries across EMEA.
I was looking after the UK and Nordic email campaigns and because no
specific country was given to me to look after at that time I worked across
all countries whenever my colleagues needed help.
This gave me an insight into the differences between each country and
also introduced me to the country contacts.
By the end of q 3 I was highly capable of sending campaigns in an
efficient and timely manner sending 17 campaigns in one day alone. I
believe once trained in a certain skill I can carry out the task to a high
capability.
I received training in the setup of Promo codes in Q3 and began setting
them up in q4.
I am fully efficient in the setup of promo codes and will now be running
them through 2016 for Poland.
Training has also been completed in both email and promo code reporting.
In 2016 this training will become useful in the weekly reporting calls with
Poland.
In Q3 , I was also trained in Tetris and this led to working closely with
country manages to help them transition to the new platform.
This included setting new deadlines with them for the receiving of 100%
files and also new deadlines for the full sign off of these preflights.

Ownership of Flawless Campaign Management across CER region and countries I'm involved with

Description:
Support and work closely with other members of the Push Team working on other EMEA countries
Work with EMEA country managers to improve campaigns by having flawless campaign execution. This
includes having 100% of campaign files, details and sign off delivered by the agreed deadline.
Work closely with EMEA country managers to ensure the smooth transition of campaigns to the Tetris
platform during Q4

By Q4 I was working with Ireland as well and it was added to my list of emails to look after.
I worked closely and built strong relationships with the country managers
I was now doing email campaigns for IE,UK,SE,FI,NO,DK
I was also helping out with some promo codes running in SE
My relationship also strengthened with members of the push team as I supported them with any
campaigns they needed help with
I began working with the Template testing team to test templates like the Nearby You template and
the View Follow Up Template.

This strengthened my relationships with the members of that team as we were testing and
reporting on these sends.
I worked closely with the UK GA team to help run the TSD tests for UK GAs until the UK fully
transitioned into using smartdeals.
I began helping Monica with some promo codes she needed help with for Spain to get accustomed
to doing promo codes

Take over Campaign Manager ownership of PL, CH, AT, IE, CA and help out with UK emails

Description:
Work with Ines to transition to ownership of PL, CA
Work with Guada to transition to ownership of CH, AT
Work with Maria to transition to ownership of IE, plus half of the UK emails
Develop weekly report for PL to cover the main email metrics and promo code results and share with the
main stakeholders
Work towards setting up a weekly call with PL
Also have a think about a personal goal, ie something youve been working on since you joined, eg learning
about email marketing or anything related to it. Workday may ask you to put this into the system too.

In Q4 I worked with Ines to take over the ownership of Poland and Canada
I also took over the ownership of Switzerland and Austria from Guada
I took complete ownership of Ireland from Maria
I also look after Goods and Getaways emails for the UK
I spent Q4 and Q1 of this year building relationships with these countries
I have had a call with Canada to introduce myself and we are going to
continue having monthly calls to improve communication with Canada
I began running tsd tests for Poland Getaways in their transition to using
smart deals. This is still in progress
I am also doing weekly reporting on these emails for the Polish team
I am in developing a weekly report for Poland which will cover the main
email metrics and promo code results. These will be shared weekly with
the main stakeholder and country managers to improve email revenue.

Personal Goals for this coming year

Learn more about testing emails to create higher revenue from email
marketing
Learn more about reporting on these email metrics so they can be
explained to the stakeholders of the countries Im working with.
This is to create better relationships and generate more revenue through
email for the company.
