5.c College Councils should have proper documentation. Each council should record every book that
is included in the book market. College councils can set up a table like this:

6.c During the selling proper, College Council should have a list of titles of books sorted according to
topic; and determine the number of available books of similar kind. Post the list on your
designated area to provide easy customer selection. Categorization must not be numerous to
prevent confusion at the sale. The list is to be updated every day.
7.c College Council should not accept:
a.c Medical/Science books older than 6 years of current date
b.c Set of books that are outdated
c.c Severely damaged books
d.c ooks with missing pages
e.c Pages that are falling out
