TIS OIS (Technical consultant in IBM's section)

(Feb 2008 - March 2009) As a technical consultant in the IBM section, most of my time I have worked with IBM's
tools (IBM BuisinessModeler, IBM Websphere, then Smaltalk-in and Java). Working as a consultant and designer on
project for the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute. The project included: consultation, planning, and development of
AS-IS and TO-BE models for business processes of the entire operations of the pension insurance. I worked as part of a
team that consisted of more than 10 people, and my part of the project related to the calculation and payment of pension
benefits, social security and statistics. Every day we are working with clients. Since the introduction of business
processes, and developing AS-IS models, to making the final plan for the business, and modeling TO-BE processes. Of
course, I made a complete documentation for my part of the project, which was quite extensive.

BIT-ART CONSULTING (System engineer)

(March 2009 - March 2010) I worked as a system engineer, network administrator, software administrator, and
hardware and software installation. Most of the work was related to an application that is used in restaurants and cafes
(issuing invoices, material, financial and warehouse accounting). Much of the time was spent in the field and in direct
communication with customers and users.
