OPERATIONS PLAN

Hire a Minidor for transportation of food to hostels.


Have a collaboration with suppliers like Mess 1, Mess 2, Pi-Shop etc.
Have people order food in bulk through online portal and deliver in batches to the
hostels at specific hours.
Have students order grocery and stationary from Pi-Shop a day before and deliver at the
requested time.
Bills on deliveries will be collected after the order has been delivered to respective
customers.
