Organizing
New College Student Alliance (2011-2014). Organized 50+ well attended events for the student body
including musical showcases, art festivals, workshops, skill shares, open mics and more.
Local Energy Club (2013-2014). Founded student art collective focused on collaboration, skill-sharing and
distributing art and music outside of a commercial context. Hosted workshops, showcases, and created a
digital and physical distribution platform for student musicians, visual artists, writers and poets.
Sea Hive (2014-2015). Founded a volunteer run multidisciplinary art and performance space. Primary
organizer, event planner and marketer.
All Power to the Imagination! (2014). Central organizer in planning and carrying out the largest
student-organized academic conference in the Southeast U.S.
Nothing Arts Center (2015). Founded a volunteer-run all-ages multidisciplinary community
art/performance space, resource center and media library. Focused on providing a safe-space for
marginalized identities and building a socially conscious arts community.
Projects
Deep Lynx (2011-2015). Multi-instrumentalist in collaborative musical collective/band. Produced and
released the bands physical and digital albums and organized state-wide tours.
Herding Cats, Bounding Spirit: Spiritualism, Public Ritual and Spectral Science (2013-2014).
Undergraduate thesis. A 100-page ethnography based on three months of fieldwork, interviews and
participant observation.
Voice Hoist (2015). Independent creative project. Experimental multimedia performance.
