National Roaming. All you need to do is a recharge and you will get FLEX in your balance. Now
use as per your needs and FLEX will get deducted.
Say, if you recharges with 325 FLEX and use 10 MB of data, 10 FLEX would be consumed leaving a
balance of 315. Further, you use 5 minutes of calling on STD where, a total of 10 FLEX would get
deducted leaving a balance of 305 FLEX. This way, the FLEX units would keep on deducting basis
the customers usage.
Moreover, if customer recharges before the validity expires, FLEX units get carry forwarded.

balance and not your core balance. For example, 2 FLEX will get deducted or 1 minute of
Local/STD Calling.
1.7 I have an existing auto renewing VAS service. After FLEX recharge, how would it be
renewed monthly?
If there is any existing auto renewing VAS service, it would continue to renew monthly with
charges getting deducted from the core balance. Please ensure that you maintain your core
balance for the deduction to take place.
1.8 Can I reduce my call rate on local calls by buying another bonus card?
Rate cutters are not applicable over FLEX. The deduction taking place in case of FLEX would be
from FLEX balance and not your core balance. Hence, there is no need to buy any other bonus
card.
However, Incoming Roaming Free rate cutter can be purchased which makes the FLEX deduction
on incoming calls on roaming as zero.
1.9 Can I purchase internet pack if I am on FLEX?
