Explanation
For ICX side, they will not have OCP&Ds who directly do the platform marketing stage. Instead, for iGIP, iGIP Marketing Manager can do B2B
Marketing and synergize with Sales managers for partners raising & CRM; for iGCDP, OCP&Ds do promotion for projects (however core team will
not directly take charge of this, iGCDP Marketing Manager will work with OCP Project for consultancy but not get directly involved), OCP&Ds of
iGCDP can support as well the functions of TN & promoter showcasing depending on how the iGCDP Marketing Manager wants to operate his/
her team.

This is not the structure but the way the Marketing Commission communicates internally.
Communication Guideline
VP Mar will work out with core teams leaders the general directions of the whole LC and each product in terms of Marketing, PR &
promotion.
Core teams leaders then will work with all the managers to define goals, plans & execution. Core teams leaders will manage the
implementation of all the plans.
VP Mar then will play the role of synchronizing the strategies of X teams (taken by product team) & core team together and ensure the
synergy and management between core team & product team.
