In this project we have seen the working of Information System in an Organization. The

For this purpose, we arranged the interview with the manager of Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan
Limited by using our references; we visited to the Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited at
appointed date and time. In Coca Cola Company we meet with Mr. Sohail Ahmed Abbasi who is
the branch sales manager of the Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited which is located at I10/3, Industrial Area Islamabad. We asked the questions from Mr. Sohail Ahmed Abbasi about
the Information System that has been used by them.
We come to know that they have been using various softwares i.e.: Bases, Voyage, Fit and SAP.
As they have been using these softwares for their branches in Pakistan from many years, then we

Logistic department is basically the combination of two departments these are logistic and
shipping department. The whole transports and vehicles are arranged and maintained by logistic
department. And shipping department is responsible for the maintenance of inventory of empty

vehicles. For that purpose they have a workshop for heavy-duty vehicles and for cars in the
factory. And for the motor cycles they made arrangement with a workshop from where
employees get work done and payment will be made by the factory at the end of the month.
