This Deed of Absolute Sale (Deed) made and executed this

WITNESSETH: That WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the sole, absolute and registered owner of
the following duly licensed firearms (the Firearms), more particularly

WHEREAS, the VENDOR hereby represents and warrants that the

Firearms are free from any and all liens and/or encumbrances;
WHEREAS, the VENDEE has offered to buy the Firearms on an as is,

understanding that VENDOR shall be free from any claim or liability
whatsoever arising from any defect on the Firearms, whether apparent or
hidden;
NOW, THEREFORE, premises considered and for and in consideration

and receipt in full of which is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR, the
VENDOR hereby sells, conveys and transfers unto the VENDEE, all its rights,
