Impact of Organizational Culture on

Employee Behavior, Attitude and Job


Performance
Abstract
Purpose
In modern organizational culture profile, if we look there are number of cultural
styles used in firms. Cultural styles could be Innovative, Aggressive, Stable, People
Oriented or Team Oriented (Salman & Saira 2014). The culture somehow shapes
the behavior of teams or individual inside the organization (Boniface C. Nwugwo
2001). Until now the research has proved the relationship between culture and job
performance, employee behavior and attitude of employees. Those firms open to
their employees encourage innovative culture and betterment of employees
attitude and behavior and attention towards their job commitments. Authors are
eager to find the impact of culture on different perspectives of human nature in the
organizations.

Methodology
Data will be collected through questionnaire filled by employees.
Quantitative research method will be used in research paper.

Findings
This study finds that the organizational culture does influence the human
behavior, attitude, and job performance regardless of effects which could be
positive or negative, sometimes depending on styles [1]. Through previous
study the results shows that a corporative and innovative culture has a
positive effect and rigid or aggressive may have a bad influence on
employees.

Practical Implication;
Value
This paper will help to analyze the impact of organizational culture on
different prospects of human behavior, attitude and job performance.
