For process data refer to P&ID: D-100-MDA-WHP-11110, MDA Wellhead Platform Gas Scrubber and Gas Generator.
All removable internal (demister & inlet device) shall be designed to pass through top cover.
* : Indicate VENDOR to Advise / Confirm.
Minimum nozzles projection is indicated. VENDOR to advise actual projection.
All nozzle flanges shall be as per ASME B16.5.
Vessel VENDOR shall provide internal support & the required clips / brackets / fastener etc, to install the internals.
To be calculated for overall weight of the vessel with internal installed.
VENDOR to calculate / provide over all size of the equipment and specify thickness, nozzle reinforcement, stiffener details, lifting lugs, etc.
Two earthing lugs to be provided diagonally at skirt.
Design life of the equipment shall be 15 years.
VENDOR is responsible to provide all required documents to obtain MIGAS certification.
Painting shall be as per D-100-MDA-WHP-SPM-012, Specification for Piping Painting and Coating.
VENDOR to guarantee demister performance to retain liquid droplet size of 150 and large.
Demister type, thickness and dimension shall be finalized by VENDOR.
Material Certification shall be accordance with BS EN 10204 type 3.1 for all pressure parts and type 2.2 for all non-pressure parts.
Lifting lugs shall be designed with safety factor 2.0, suitable for single point lifting by crane.
SS316 nameplate complete with braket shall be provided.
Demister material specification is SS316L. Segmental design is preferred to reduce lifting weight for simple handling.
Jack bolt to be provided to facilitate top cover opening
Support for N5 extended nozzle to be finalized by VENDOR, based on nozzle load calculation.
