REACTOR COLUMN
The reactor column is a versatile pressurized reactor
used for the fatty acids neutralisation and/or for the
continuous saponification of neutral fats with half
boiled or full boiled process.
The main charateristic of the reactor column is its small
internal volume, which allows high flexibility in the
soap formulation changeover.
It is provided with a special internal agitator to allow a
strong mixing and impose the ascendent flow of the
processed material. The fluent movement of the processed material is increased through the action of the
pump in the recycle loop, which is integrant part of the
reactor design.
The raw materials are homogenized in the intensive
mixer placed before the reactor column.
The complete saponification comes in the reactor column where the raw materials have the necessary time
for the reaction.

The drive panel is provided with

of the agitator.The soap composition control is performed by the
PH-meter or measure of the differential pressure.
The agitator ratating is driven by
the Rossi motoreducer with load
capacity verified according to standards UNI, DIN, AFNOR, AGMA
and ISO.
The soap seal is assured by the
double mechanical seal.
The recycle loop guarantees an
intensive mixing and the completion of saponification or
neutralization reaction.

The composition of the liquid soap can be controlled


using the PH-meter installed in the recycle loop, or
