Process Engineer
Responsibilities:

Employ quantitative problem solving and corrective action methods.

Implement and utilize statistical process control tools as required.

Make sound technical and business recommendation.

Document processes, procedures, and methods as required.

Promote teamwork and cooperation among technicians and associate engineers.

Observe and ensure safety requirements.

Train operators and technicians as required.

Specify, select and qualify/buyoff assembly equipment.

Develop, qualify, monitor/control, and improve assembly and test processes and
methods as required.

Work with equipment technical team to design fixtures for assembly and test
processes as required.

Select, evaluate, and qualify new materials, designs and processes as required.

Coach and guide associate engineer and technician in their daily routines and
activities.

Initiate product yield improvement projects.

Failure Analysis.

Manufacturing cycle time improvement.

Any other job responsibilities assigned by the supervisor as and when required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in or Applied Science.

Fresh graduates with internship.

Knowledge in production qualifying plan, process/manufacturing design, FA tools

and techniques.

RF Test and Characterization Engineer

Responsibilities:

Designing and developing state of art RF/MMICs using RF engineering

techniques. Develop, design and optimize RF schematics, generate and verify
layouts using design software.

Determine RF engineering design issues by studying design concepts objectives,

and requirements; analyzing customer requirements; evaluating similar & related
products and systems; identifying and establishing performance standards.

Develop RF engineering design plans, analyze and apply RF engineering

techniques involving circuits design using Computer Aided Design (CAD)
techniques; prepare block diagrams, and schematics; collaborate with related
engineering design teams; evaluate components, materials, and suppliers.

Document engineering design by recording engineering design features, functions,

operational requirements and results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in relevant fields of Engineering or Science.

Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge in RF and Microwave instruments will be an added advantage.
