Self-reflection
This lesson plan would be for the whole class. This lesson plan in red is for Student #1
Joe. He needs to be reminded to stay on task and to stay in his seat. I will address the
problem of him not listening, staying on task, and staying in seat. I will address the
problems by giving him extra time, giving him brain breaks and cutting the lesson into 3
parts so he can have breaks. I will give him a different type of chair to sit in of his choice
(bean bag, wheelie, or rug on the floor). Joe will still have to write in his journal to stay on
task for this lesson. I will check his journal at the end of each lesson to make sure he
was on task.
