MINUTES OF THE STATED MEETING

OPENING OF THE LODGE
A lodge of Master Masons was opened in due and ancient form at 2:20 oclock in the
afternoon with the following officers presents:

Presentation of the Flag:

The Marshall presented the Flag inside the Lodge followed by the singing of the National
Anthem and Panunumpa sa Watawat and the Flag was placed in the East followed by the
singing of the Grand Lodge Hymn.
Reading and Approval of the Minutes:
The minutes of the last Stated Meeting was read and approved.
Reading and Approval of the Secretarys Financial Report:
The Secretarys financial report was read and approved.
Reading and Approval of the Treasurers Financial Report:
The Treasurers financial reports for September, October were read and approved.

The Worshipful Master Dan Vincent Domingo informed the brethren of the lodge officers
election schedude. That before the election proceedings, it is necessary for the brethren to clear
all financial obligations with the Secretary, particularly annual dues for 2015. He encouraged
brethren to also remit payment for the tickets and other payables.
VW Edwin Guillermo, DGL delivered the masonic education on the guidelines governing
election and appointment of offfficers of suuubordinate lodges underscoring proficiency, the
IMES graduate requirements for wardens and WM, payment of financial obligations and edict
requirements of attendance.

The lodge was called from labor to refreshment. When the lodge was called from
refreshment to labor again, the Worshipful Master directed the secretary to make announcement
for the qualified members to vote and to be voted upon.
The Worshipful Master Dan Vincent Domingo appointed VW Tony Lim, DGL, Robert
Baldovizo, and Bro Manny Golino GLI as members of the election committee.

Worshipful Master Dan Vincent Domingo congratulated elected officers. He also individually
asked elected officer if they are willing the accept the will and pleasure of the brethren. Every
elected officer answered in the affirmative. WM Elect Ruben Tolentino initially informed the
brethren of his plans. Venue shall be at Matucay Elementary School Gymnasium at 1:00 in the
afternoon on March 5, 2016.
WM Dan Vincent Domingo instructed the secretary to read communicatons. The secretary
received a letter from a suspended brother Simplicio Granado Jr.who is currently living in
Salinas, California due to religious assignment signifiying his interest to be restored. Majority of
the brethren voted not to accept the request for kind consideration. The WM directed the
secretary to communicate with Bro SImplicio Granado about the results of his request pointing a
necessity to personally appear before the lodge and await a time with patience.
Other Matters:
Before the closing of the lodge, the Worshipful Master asked if there is any brother to
offer for the lodge or freemansonry in general.
CLOSING OF THE LODGE:
There having no other matters to be taken up, the Flag was retired and the closing prayers
was offered by Bro Rolando Cadiz. The Lodge of Master Masons was closed at 5:40 in the
afternoon in due and ancient form with peace and harmony prevailing. Fellowship ensued at
designated place within the lodge.
