MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
KNOW BY ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Memorandum of Agreement made and entered into by and between:
Mr. RENE L. PORTADES, Principal II of Caigdal National High School, Unisan
District
and
Mrs. MYLA V. COMBALICER, Principal of San Rafael National High School,
Atimonan District
Both party interposing no objections of the swapping of Teaching Assignment
of Mrs. Jade Mary Michelle Castillo-Gutierrez, Teacher I of San Rafael
NHS, Atimonan District to Unisan District and Mr. Teofilo R. Balagat Jr.,
Teacher I of Caigdal NHS, Unisan District to Atimonan District.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the swapping of the two (2) teachers mentioned above is in
accordance with the provisions provided for in R.A. 8190, otherwise known as
Localization Act the swapping of the two teachers concerned follows the
proper course to be observed.
WHEREAS, to ensure that everything will go on smoothly and to avoid any
impediment that may crop-up, it is understood that Mrs. Jade Mary Michelle
Castillo-Gutierrez of Atimonan District will be transferred to Unisan District,
Quezon to occupy Teacher I item vacated by Mr. Teofilo R. Balagat Jr. and
likewise Mr. Balagat will occupy Teacher I item vacated by Mrs. Jade Mary
Michelle Castillo-Gutierrez at Atimonan District.
WHEREOF, in view of the foregoing communications, we the undersigned,
principals of both schools voluntarily agreed on the above cited conditions by
way of affixing our signature.
