1. Executive summary
In the present context of Nepal, Chicken is mostly acceptable to all the caste and to religion. Chicken is
mostly popular to Baun and Chhetri as they are non- buff eater. It is a very good diet to non vegetarians and it
is popular to the various delicious cooking items as well. No party is expected to be delicious without the 2 legs
i.e. the chicken. We can have the best example of the KFC business in Nepal. It is very popular for the chicken
items with the thousands of customers. It is easily fitted in daily routine of life. As it is white meat it is
considered to be good for developing the confidence level which is must for the human. It is better than the red
meat in taste and in terms of health. Chicken as well as the eggs can be listed in the diet list of people. Eggs are
good for body building as well as mental development. An egg in a week makes you strong and fit. In the global
context worldwide poultry farming is popular as it is preference of huge. We can make various items of broiler
and eggs .Chicken Lover will be the place where quality broiler will be available. In the history of commercial
poultry production in Nepal, 1970's is considered as the decade of introduction of commercial poultry
technology, 1980's as the decade of its popularization demand creation for poultry products and 1990s as the
decade of growth, expansion and marketing of its products.
Chickens raised for eggs are usually called layers while chickens raised for meat are often called
broilers. In our farm both types of livestock will be available for meat as well as for eggs. People can get best
chicken meat where they can have quality assurance with better reasonable price. We have decided to start the
poultry farming named Chicken Lovers poultry farming.

Our goal is to make chicken lovers a great place where you get quality chicken and quality eggs at a

reasonable price. We want fair profit for the owners and reward the place to work for employees. We believe in
fair competition through customer satisfaction.

2. Product and Service description

Our firm offers product that is matured broiler, healthy layers and quality eggs. Broilers are used
specially for meat. The current price is Rs 130 and wholesale price of the meat is Rs.95. In the case of eggs the
retail price is Rs 12 and the wholesale price is Rs. 10. Our main service is to conduct the easy access of the
broilers and eggs safely. The delivery will be on time. The first group is wholesaler group and the second group
is a small group of seller near to our business house. We will facilitate free transportation and assure the quality
and best weighted livestock. Quick response is available and when ever facility will be considered for the
regular dealer. New dealers will be satisfied through the best supply in a reasonable price. They will never get
chance to rethink to order again.

3. Company Summary
Our organization is a partnership firm where five members will be actively involved. We will carry on business
as co-owners for profit. The partners will bear all the risks equally. Our firm will be registered under partnership
act. Knowing about the advantages of Partnership i.e. easy establishment, pooled resources, decision making,
flexibility, tax advantage. We have decided to start the partnership business.

Location
Location of the business is affected by the nature and types of business. As our business is poultry

farming we will be located in Lubhu, Lalitpur which is nice place the water and electricity supply sufficient are
there, where the building most preferably the second floor and third floor will be taken on rent. The reasons
behind the selecting the Lubhu is cheap labours, quite good environment, most of the feeding industry are
established in the Lubhu, as per our study the rent per open bound floor is Rs. 5000 and total rent is Rs. 10000
which is cheaper than in other places, which we believe to remain fairly in the range for the next 3 to 4 years.

Lubhu is at a distance of 15 minute from Patan which will make our delivery easy and fast. It is centrally
located and has good potential to grow. Choosing the right location is a strategic decision for long time and
success depends upon the perfect location and Lubhu is the perfect location to our business.

chicks all over the central Nepal and west valley and to business world widely. Costumer satisfaction and
