The Parties
1.1 Individual Employment Agreement
The parties to this employment agreement are:
(i) Annikar Pattamawipak (T/A Tom Yum Eden), the "Employer"; and
(ii) Thitipak SIRIPOON, the "Employee".

Hours of Work
6.1 Full Time Hours of Work
The Employee's hours of work shall be 35 hours per week on 5 days, between the hours of 11.30am to
2.30pm and 5.30pm to 9.30pm.

Wages/Salary/Allowances
7.1 Annual Salary
The Employee's salary shall be $31,850 per annum, hourly rate will be $17.50 which shall be paid weekly,
which payment will be made by automatic payment.

role). In the course of this consultation the Employer shall provide to the Employee sufficient information
to enable understanding and meaningful consultation, and shall consider the views of the Employee with
an open mind before making a decision as to whether to make the Employee's position of employment
redundant. Nothing in this clause limits the legal rights and obligations of the parties.
11.6 Notice of Termination due to redundancy
In the event the Employee's employment is to be terminated by reason of redundancy, the Employee shall
be provided with four weeks notice in writing. This notice is in substitution for and not in addition to the
notice set out in the general termination clause.

of the proper performance of their duties by reason of illness, the Employer may terminate this

12.6 Abandonment of Employment
In the event the Employee has been absent from work for three consecutive working days without any
notification to the Employer, and the Employer has made reasonable efforts to contact the Employee, this
agreement shall automatically terminate on the expiry of the third day without the need for notice of
termination of employment.
12.7 Obligations of Employee on Termination
Upon the termination of this agreement for whatever reason, or at any other time if so requested by the
Employer, the Employee shall immediately return to the Employer all information, material or property
(including but not limited to computer disks, printouts, manuals, reports, letters, memos, plans, diagrams,
security cards, keys, and laptop computers) either belonging to or the responsibility of the Employer and
all copies of that material, which are in the Employee's possession or under their control.

I, Annikar Pattamawipak, offer this employment agreement to Thitipak SIRIPOON.
I, Thitipak SIRIPOON, declare that I have read and understand the conditions of employment detailed
above and accept them fully. I have been advised of the right to seek independent advice in relation to
this agreement, and have been allowed reasonable time to do so.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager at Tom Yum Eden
Classification: Full time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business activities:
Assist to taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
Assist to analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
Assist to organising marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
Assist to preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
Assist to creating and executing plans for sales, profit and staff development
Assist to setting budgets
Assist to arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
Assist to planning and coordinating menus in consultation with Chefs
Front-of-house:
Greeting customers and organising table reservations
Advising customers on menu and wine choice
Responding to customer complaints
Planning and organising special functions for customers or staff
Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
Managing staff and providing them with feedback
May assist to recruiting, training and motivating staff
Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards
Assist to organising and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff
Maintaining financial transactions
Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required
Housekeeping:
Assist to maintaining high standards of staff and restaurants appearance, quality control, hygiene, and
health and safety
Checking stock levels and ordering supplies
