NOTE:- This Manual is only for Manual operation otherwise plant will operate Automatically depending upon level

in raw
water and product water tank..

STEP : - 1 :- Put rotor switch of microprocessor and pump on manual mode. Put all the solenoid valve switches on OFF
Mode and follow the steps below.

SAND FILTER.
STEP :- 1 :- Press Bwash button of Auto MPV once it will show Start Regn? on display then press Bwash button
again it will show Mot On Delay: 045 on display. It will count time and after completion of time it will rotate disc of
Auto MPV. While rotating disc it will continuously blink Backwash on display of Auto MPV. When it will come on
Backwash position it will show Backwash : 07 on display at that time start the pump manually by pressing Green
Push Button of pump on panel. Backwash will be continue for 7 Minutes and then it will show Mot On Delay: 045.

STEP :- 2 :- During Mot On Delay : 045 pump will trip automatically and after finishing counting of time in seconds, it
will rotate disc to Rinse position. While rotating disc it will continuously blink Rinse and when it will come to Rinse
Position it will show Rinse : 05 then start the pump manually by pressing Green Push button on panel.

STEP :- 3 :- After finishing Rinse time pump will automatically trip and it will show Mot On delay : 045 on display.
Then after counting Mot On delay time it will rotate disc to Hour Mode (i.e. Filter Mode). During rotation it will
continuously blink Filter Home and when it comes to its position it will show 05:00 on display. Then it will
Automatically give pulse to Carbon Filter for its Backwashing.

CARBON FILTER.
STEP :- 1 :- After receiving signal from Sand filter it will show Mot On Delay: 045 on display. It will count time and
after completion of time it will rotate disc of Auto MPV. While rotating disc it will continuously blink Backwash on
display of Auto MPV. When it will come on Backwash position it will show Backwash : 07 on display at that time start
the pump manually by pressing Green Push Button of pump on panel. Backwash will be continue for 7 Minutes and then
it will show Mot On Delay: 045.

STEP :- 2 :- During Mot On Delay : 045 pump will trip automatically and after finishing counting of time in seconds, it
will rotate disc to Rinse position. While rotating disc it will continuously blink Rinse and when it will come to Rinse
Position it will show Rinse : 05 then start the pump manually by pressing Green Push button on panel.

STEP :- 3 :- After finishing Rinse time pump will automatically trip and it will show Mot On delay : 045 on display.
Then after counting Mot On delay time it will rotate disc to Filter Mode. During rotation it will continuously blink

Filter Home and when it comes to its position it will show Filter on display. Then it will Automatically give pulse to
Cation Bed for its Regeneration.

NOTE : If you want to continue Backwash or Rinse of Multiport Valve without counting time then press Bwash button
once it will show Backwash hold or Rinse hold and if you want to exit from hold position then you need to press
Bwash button once again.

CATION BED
NOTE: Cation Bed will automatically go on regeneration mode after receiving Three signal pulse from Carbon filter
hence to regenerate Cation Bed follow following procedure.

STEP :- 1 :- Press Regn button of Auto MPV once it will show Start Regn? on display then press Regn button again
it will show Mot On Delay: 045 on display. It will count time and after completion of time it will rotate disc of Auto
MPV. While rotating disc it will continuously blink Regeneration on display of Auto MPV. When it will come on
Regeneration position it will show Regeneration : 35 on display at that time start the pump manually by pressing
Green Push Button of pump on panel. Regeneration will be continue for 35 Minutes and then it will show Mot On
Delay: 045.

STEP :- 2 :- During Mot On Delay : 045 pump will trip automatically and after finishing counting of time in seconds, it
will rotate disc to Rinse position. While rotating disc it will continuously blink Rinse and when it will come to Rinse
Position it will show Rinse : 20 then start the pump manually by pressing Green Push button on panel.

STEP :- 3 :- After finishing Rinse time pump will automatically trip and it will show Mot On delay : 045 on display.
Then after counting Mot On delay time it will rotate disc to Cation Mode. During rotation it will continuously blink
Cation Home and when it comes to its position it will show Cation on display. Then it will Automatically give pulse to
Anion Bed for its Regeneration.
NOTE: Ph at drain point of cation during rinse must be between 2.5-3.5 and/or TDS will be at least double of your Inlet
TDS. e.g. if your Inlet TDS is 200 PPM then it will show 400 TDS
NOTE : If you want to continue Regeneration or Rinse of Multiport Valve without counting time then press Regn button
once it will show Regeneration hold or Rinse hold and if you want to exit from hold position then you need to press
Regn button once again.

NOTE: 35 liter Commercial grade HCL must be diluted in 15-20 liter water.

ANION BED
STEP :- 1 :- After receiving signal from Cation Bed it will show Mot On Delay: 045 on display. It will count time and
after completion of time it will rotate disc of Auto MPV. While rotating disc it will continuously blink Regeneration on
display of Auto MPV. When it will come on Regeneration position it will show Regeneration : 45 on display at that
time start the pump manually by pressing Green Push Button of pump on panel. Regeneration will be continue for 45
Minutes and then it will show Mot On Delay: 045.

STEP :- 2 :- During Mot On Delay : 045 pump will trip automatically and after finishing counting of time in seconds, it
will rotate disc to Rinse position. While rotating disc it will continuously blink Rinse and when it will come to Rinse
Position it will show Rinse : 25 then start the pump manually by pressing Green Push button on panel.

STEP :- 3 :- After finishing Rinse time pump will automatically trip and it will show Mot On delay : 045 on display.
Then after counting Mot On delay time it will rotate disc to Anion Mode. During rotation it will continuously blink
Anion Home and when it comes to its position it will show Anion on display. Then it will Automatically give pulse to
Mix-Bed for its Regeneration.

NOTE: Ph at drain point of anion during rinse must be between 9.5-7.5 and/or TDS will be lower than your Inlet TDS.

NOTE : If you want to continue Regeneration or Rinse of Multiport Valve without counting time then press Regn button
once it will show Regeneration hold or Rinse hold and if you want to exit from hold position then you need to press
Regn button once again.
NOTE: 60 liter Caustic solution of 48-50% must be diluted in 40 liter water.

MIX-BED
STEP : 1 :- After receiving signal from Anion bed mix-bed Auto MPV will show Mot On delay: 015. After counting
Mot On delay time it will continuously blink Backwash on display. After coming to Backwash position it will show
Backwash : 15. Before starting pump check following solenoid valves are ON. Then start the pump by pressing Green
Push Button on panel.

STEP : 2 :- After completion of Backwash it will automatically trip the pump and will show Mot On Delay : 015 on
display of Auto-MPV. After completion of time it will rotate disc. While rotating disc it will continuously blink Rinse.
After it comes to Rinse position it will show Rinse : 85.

NOTE: (IMP) :- Now all the steps now on word from Regeneration to Rinse will be performed on same position
therefore Sum of all time of all steps will be displayed in Rinse time

Before starting the pump check respective valves are open or not. Then start the pump manually by pressing Green Push
Button on panel.

After completion of time Auto MPV will show MOT On Delay : 015 on display. After completion of time it will rotate
disc of Auto-MPV. While rotating disc it will continuously blink DNFLOW SOFTNER HOME and when it will come to
its position it will show DNFLOW SOFTNER
NOTE: At Rinse-II step check Ph and TDS.
