About us
FIRST INDUSTRIAL PLASTIC VENTURES, INC. (FIPVI) is registered
as a corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 1,
1991. It is a 70% Filipino-owned and 30% foreign-owned company.
It is also registered with the Board of Investments (BOI) on September
19, 1991 on a preferred non-pioneer status under the 1987 Omnibus
Investment Code (E.O. 226).
FIPVI commenced operation in October 1992. On February 5, 2001
FIPVI received additional BOI registration as an expanding export producer of
metal and plastic products and Fiber-glass-reinforced-plastic products under
E.O. 226.
FIPVI received its environmental compliance certificate in 1992 and
2001 from DENR.
FIPVI has an authorized CAPITAL STOCK of PHP 15 Million, of which over
100% is subscribed and fully paid up. It has about PHP 9 Million in liabilities
and 39 Million in assets.

We provide high quality Fiber Reinforce Plastic (FRP) product. Custom
designed based on customer needs and best recommendation with our
expert engineers.

Design & Drawing

Our engineers are capable to read technical drawings, design and draw
customer specifications and modify designs with highest technical analysis.

We also provide in-house or on-site repair & installation.

With our highly trained workers who can execute inside and outside FRP
lining lay-ups and can also determine appropriate raw materials to be
applied to suit the functionality of the product itself.
