Changed bitmap on top of install dialogs so they didn't look distorted

Added Microsoft_VC110_CRT_x86 to install to correct SciLexer dll when trying to run SMI.
Changed timeout when opening TCP connection. May have had a problem connecting with
class 6 Ethernet motors.
Removed delay in CMotor::CheckEcho when talking to a class 6 Ethernet motor (no worry
about Lantronix)
Added error messages for class 6 in CMotorDlg::OnFactory

Added different IO Options for class 6 motors. Made PGOMain and MotorView similar for
I/O.
Added new CAN master command NMT SDORD SDOWR and new CAN status word.
Fixed bug when corrupt EE and model name too long not allowing over write of serial
number.
Added echo check for class 6 when getting program info through serial.
Fixed bug when selecting global download. Needed delay.
added version checking when downloading .hez file
Updated IntegMotorInterface.dll to add notifications 2.2.3.2.
Updated IntegMotorCANComm.dll to add notifications 1.0.0.11.
Added 5.1 firmware and language file (Jerk Limit).
Fixed bug with double clicking on empty program.
Added more strings and translations to the resource files.
Updated establishing serial daisy chain.

Fixed problem when downloading firmware over serial for class 6 and changing baud rate.

Would only find first motor LC17.
Changed outputview update when screen closed or opened.
Removed registry key names from string table. These should stay the same between
languages. Correct problem with setting default language version and updating company
information.
Fixed problem getting language file because of string length.
