DESCRIPTION
READYPLAST SPRAY is a sprayable water/weather
resistant premixed plaster that is :
< Factory prepared blend of Portland cement, precisely
graded sand & high performance additives.
< A grey color dry mix that only requires the addition of
water on-site to provide a consistent quality.
USES
All spray plastering of internal & external use on :
< Block & rough surfaces without scratch coat.
< Smooth concrete surfaces prepared with a scratch
coat (READYPLAST RUSH COAT).
< Varying range of dry or humid conditions.

JOB APPLICATION
Substrate Preparation : Prepare the substrate by cleaning
any dust, loose particles, grease & any straces of foreign
materials. Just prior to application moisten all surfaces with
clean water that will receive READYPLAST SPARY.
Application : READYPLAST SPRAY is applied in single
coat method. Using a mechanical spray machine apply
READYPLAST SPRAY to the properly prepared surface to
a thickness of 12 to 15 mm.
NOTE : Cover approximately 95 % - 100 % of the surface
area to be plastered.
Curing :
a) READYPLAST SPARY must be cured by water spray
once in every 12 hours, for at least the first 2 days after
application; during hot & dry conditions, cure more
frequently and/or for longer periods to results in less
cracks and higher strength.
b) Moist cure by uniformly spraying clean water on the
applied surface to sufficiently saturate READYPLAST
SPRAY.
PACKING & COVERAGE
Packing : 40 kg net weight in a woven bag.
Coverage : Machine can produce 500 m @ 15 mm thick @
8 working hours / day.
Approximately 1.6 to 1.8 kg/m/mm of dry product manually.
i.e. 40 kg bag will cover approximately : 1.8 to 2.0 m per 15
mm layer.
The stated consumption values are for guidance & depend
on the nature of the substrate, the application method & any
loss or wastage.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
READYPLAST SPRAY will have a Shelf life of 6 months
from the date shown on the bag & kept unopened under dry
and shaded place. Store in unopened packaging clear of
the ground, in cool dry conditions & protected from weather.

PRODUCT
READYPLAST M (SUPER) jointing mortar is made from a
unique combination of cement, graded sand and selective

of interlocking bricks making the bonds tougher and more
durable. This mortar is specially designed to provide
stronger, much more durable bonding between the blocks
and superior adhesive strength.

APPLICATION
Surface Preparation :
<
Before the application of jointing mortar, the surface
of masonry units should be slightly wet.
<
The masonry units should be clean, with no loose
particles or dust for better bonding.
<
The surface must be structurally sound.
<
Surface defects such as cracks, holes or voids should
be repaired prior to application.
Mixing:
<
READYPLAST M (SUPER) is ready for use only
precise quantity of water to be added before use.
<
For mixing the material it is advisable to use
mechanical stirrer for uniform mixing.
<
For mixing use a clean vessel/bucket which does not
have any hole or cut.
<
Add some water in the empty vessel to ensure no
powder gets stuck on the bottom of the vessel and put
precise quantity of READYPLAST M (SUPER).
<
Add water in stages to get a smooth, uniform,
workable mix.
<
Ensure that no powder is left unmixed at the bottom of
the vessel.
<
The jointing mortar is now ready for application.
Application:
<
Apply a thin uniform layer of Readyplast M (Super) 3
to 4mm thick on the clean and levelled surface of
masonry units using proper trowel.
<
Place the next course of masonry units on the evenly
laid jointing mortar bed in proper line & level.
<
After placing the first unit, apply the jointing mortar of
same thickness as both the sides of the unit, keeping
continuous check for line and level.
<
Inside face of the masonry unit shall be buttered with
mortar before the next unit is laid and pressed
against it especially in case of brick masonry.
<
Clean the excess material, if any immediately.
<
Continue the procedure for the entire masonry work.
PACKING AND COVERAGE
READYPLAST M (SUPER) is available in 35 kg of woven
bag.
35 kg of READYPLAST M (SUPER) will cover approx. 6070 sq.ft. With average thickness of 3mm.However, the
coverage area will depend upon the quality & evenness of
the substrate, thickness of joint and size of the masonry
units.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
READYPLAST M (SUPER) will have a shelf life of
9 months in unopened containers when kept in dry
conditions at a temperature between 5C to 45C. Storage
at higher temperature or high humidity may reduce shelf
life.
HEALTH & SAFETY
READYPLAST M (SUPER) is non-toxic. However,
splashes on the skin should be washed well with water and
in contact with eye occurs, wash well with water and seek
medical advice.

FLOWGROUT 60 is based on specially processed cement containing fillers

and additives. FLOWGROUT 60 is supplied as ready to use grout requiring
addition of precise quantity of water at site (3.750 to 4 Litre/25 Kg Grout).
FLOWGROUT 60 is suitable for gap widths of between 10mm - 50mm. For
width less than 10mm FLOWGROUT EP resin grout can be used (see
separate data sheet for more information) for thickness in excess of 50mm.
(say 75-100), cleaned washed 10mm aggregates can be incorporated at the
rate of 50% - 100% of the quantity of grout used. This reduces the heat of
hydration. Low water demand ensures high early strength. Expansion:
Controlled expansion occurs in the unset material to ensure that the grout,
when cured will continue to occupy its original volume within the confines
of the voids in which it was placed. For thicker section it is necessary to fill
out grout with well graded silt free aggregate to minimize heat build up.

stirrer is recommended.
< Place 80% of the water required in a concrete
mixer [100% in case of a grout mixer]. Slowly

Surface Preparation Before Fairfix Underlayment Installation

The temperature of the floor on which FAIRMATE UNDERLAYMENT installation has to be done,
should be more than 6 to 10oC. Surface should be dry and all the repair work has to be done with
CEMSCREED FAST REPAIR.
The preparation of the concrete is of vital importance for the effective use of this product. Concrete
must be firm and hard and free of old coatings, concrete laitance and any contaminants which may impair
adhesion.
Too much moisture content in the concrete substrate will almost certainly cause problems for a selfleveling overlay system. Moisture vapor transmission through the capillaries of the concrete reaches the
surface and eventually, will cause delaminating with any kind of topping or overlay.
Another important part of the surface preparation process is the repair of existing cracks. Because
the overlay is a concrete material, cracks in the concrete substrate have a tendency to eventually make
their way to the surface of the topping. FAIRMATE offers CEMSCREED FAST REPAIR for patching hairline
cracks to help inhibit their ability to reach the new surface.
The concrete must have a profiled textured surface, which can be achieved by captive shot blasting,
grinding or milling. For areas, which are contaminated by oil, grease, HCA (Hot compressed air) treatment
may be required. All dust and debris must be vacuumed away to leave a clean, dust free surface.

Underlayment Application

Priming

FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT is mixed applied either by hand of specialist mixer /

pump. For pump application contact the FAIRMATE Technical department for
list of approved contractors with the necessary experience to carry out the
work. Add 4.5 liter of clean water into a clear suitable container. Slowly add
the 25 kg bag of FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT and mix with a slow speed drill with
paddle attachment until homogeneous mix is obtained.

Porosity of the floor is a prime factor in the drying rate of adhesives. An

application of primer is required, so priming has to be done with FAIRCRETE
SB (L) an acrylic primer. Apply two coats of primer by roller, brush or spray
and allow drying. (Normally over night).

FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT is a replacement of cement and sand bedding

which provides a hard and self leveled flat floor.
1. FIXING OF CERAMIC OR MARBLE TILES
After the Underlayment is hardened and cured, a waterproof tile adhesive FAIRFIX TA shall be applied over it. Fill the gap between the tiles with FAIRFIX TG
- a hard wearing, water resistant grout for filling joints.

2. CARPET LAYING
An even and smooth leveled surface is obtained by FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT.
The carpet laying can be done on the surface of the FAIRFIX
UNDERLAYMENT as it gives a flat floor surface beneficial for carpet laying.

3. WOODEN FLOORING
For doing wooden flooring, even floor is pre-requisite which can be obtained by
FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT. This will give a smooth and even leveled surface
which will give you a perfect surface for doing wooden floorings. Note that the
surface should be cured properly before wooden flooring is to be done.

FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT can be used to prepare a wide variety of sub-floors for resilient & in flooring, wood flooring and many types of surface coatings. It may
also be left exposed as a final finish in light industrial or commercial environments.

FAIRTOP / FAIRTOP STD
Ready to use, single pack, hard wearing, abrasion
resistant, non-metallic, monolithic, iron free, smooth
finish, anti-skid industrial flooring compound for medium
to heavy duty traffic floors. Resists penetration of oil and
water. Consumption - 5 Kg/m, Mho's scale hardness 8
to 9.
FAIRTOP METALLIC
A screedable, iron aggregate cementitious system
which is designed to provide a thin, high strength
topping or for repairing surfaces subjected to heavy
traffic and abrasion. It is formulated for application at a
thickness of 8 to 10mm. 25kg bag of FAIRTOP METALLIC
covers 0.95m at a thickness of 8mm and 0.75m at a
thickness of 10mm for screed.
FAIRTOP HD
Ready to use single pack, hard wearing, abrasion and
impact resistant, nonmetallic, monolithic, smooth finish,
anti-skid floor hardener for heavy duty industrial floors. A
12 mm thick topping on the green concrete provides an
extra ordinary heavy duty traffic floor. Coverage : 1- 1.2
m@12 mm thickness per pack of 25 kg.

FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR

Cementitious self smoothing flooring designed for
warehouses and industrial floors when strength and
durability are of high priority. FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR is
available in 18 kg plastic bag. 18 kg bag will give coverage
of 1.8 kg/mm/m at 1mm thickness.
FAIRFIX TA
It is a prepack mortar product of cementitious type tile
adhesive and widely used for the adhesion of ceramic
tiles. This can also be used for the adhesion of tile on tile.
Depending on the requirement of consistency, precise
quantity of water is added in FAIRFIX TA (Generally water
powder proportion is 1:3) Coverage : Approx. 5 to 8 m
at the recommended thickness of 3 to 4 mm.
FAIRFIX TG
It is a hardwearing, water resistant, cost effective grout
for filling joints in exterior and interior walls, floor tiles,
mosaics etc. upto 5mm width, excellent adhesion to
unglazed surfaces, does not shrink when dry, low cost
service life and available in different colors. Coverage :
Approx 30 running feet per kg. with 2 mm width of joints.

used to fix tile on tile and acoustic and insulating board,

FAIRSCREED TA
Three pack, epoxy based low odour chemical resistant
tile adhesive, with good gripping to surface. Applicable
for vehicular & pedestrian traffic. Coverage : 25 kg.
covers 2.6m at 4 mm thickness.
FAIRSCREED TG
Thixotropic, solvent free epoxy tile grout, resistant to
water, weathering & wide range of chemicals. Available in
various colours.
FAIRFIX GLUE
Is a two-component, catalysed polyester resin based
adhesives for bonding and filling marble, has very good
adhesion to marble and other stones of similar porosity,
has very fast initial cure. It is available in tubes of resin
and hardner as shown below. Coverage : 4 to 5 sq. ft per
1kg with 2mm thickness.

DESCRIPTION
FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT is a free flowing
cementitious, self-leveling, compound specially
designed for easy application over concrete floors
& walls as an underlayment for subsequent
placement of floor/wall coverings. FAIRFIX
UNDERLAYMENT is a one part system requiring
only the addition of water for mixing.

and then add the dry product. Typical water
requirement is 140 ml/kg. Mix for a minimum of
3 minutes. If bucket mixed, the product should
be quickly transported to the repaired area and

The product must be continuously placed to
provide a smooth and uniform surface. Start in
one corner placing a continuous stream of
material along one edge of the area and back
lap as soon as possible for a uniform and
smooth surface by using spiked rollers,
trowels or smoothers.
FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT is self-levelling
and requires no finishing.
When FAIRFIX UNDERLAYMENT is used as
plastering material, mix with plastering
consistency shall be applied with trowel on
vertical face. Material quantity is to be taken by
considering flash setting of product in mind.
