exportacinparalaempresaConfeccionesSaguiSACquelepermitaaprovecharlasoportunidadesdelmercado
venezolano.DadoqueVenezuelarepresentaunmercadodegranintersparanuestrosproductosnotradicionales,que
sibienperdieronmercadoduranteelao2009actualmentesevienenrecuperandosostenidamente.Elaumentodelas
exportacionesdelPerhaciaVenezuelaesreflejodelincrementodelaspartidasarancelariasexportadasdelsectorno
tradicional.LaimportanciadelestudioespotenciarlasfuturasexportacionesdelaempresaConfeccionesSaguiS.A.C
conelobjetivodegenerarutilidadesrepresentativasparalaempresayastambinelaumentodelempleo.Paraellose
realizunanlisisdecompetitividadyofertaexportablealaempresa,seanalizestratgicamentealaempresa,se
estudiaronlasvariablesqueincidenenelprocesodeexportacin(polticascomerciales,competidorespotencialesy
demandadelimportador),sedesarrollunplandemarketingenelmercadovenezolanoyfinalmenterealizolagestin
exportadoradelaempresayelanlisisfinancieroparalosprximoscincoaos.Losresultadosdeesteestudio

determinaronquedisearunplannegociosdeexportacionesalaempresaConfeccionesSaguiS.A.C.lepermitir
aprovecharadecuadamentelasoportunidadesdelmercadovenezolanoparasusproductos.

ASBTRACTNowadays,thetraditionalandnontraditionaltextilesgarmentshavegreatexportpotential,duetothe
qualitypresentedbytheseproductsworldwide.Oneofthesetraditionalproductsaretshirtsmadeofcottonformenor
womenunderthenationaltariffline6109100039Forthisreason,thisresearchaimstodesignanexportbusinessplan
forthecompanyConfeccionesSaguiSACinordertotakeadvantagetotheopportunitiesoftheVenezuelanmarket.
SinceVenezuelaisamarketofgreatinteresttoourtraditionalproducts,evenifitlostthatmarketin2009arenow
recoveringsteadily.TheincreaseinexportsfromPerutoVenezuelareflectstheincreaseoftariffnontraditionalexport
sector.TheimportanceofthisstudyistopromotefutureexportsforthecompanyConfeccionesSaguiSACwiththe
aimofgeneratingprofitsforthecompanyrepresentativeandwell,theincreaseinemployment.Wedidananalysisof
competitivenessandexportsupplytothecompany,thecompanystrategicallyanalyzed,studiedthevariablesaffecting
theexportprocess(tradepolicies,potentialcompetitorsandimporterdemand),wedevelopedamarketingplaninthe
Venezuelanmarketmanagementandfinallyrealizebusinessexportandfinancialanalysisforthenextfiveyears.The
resultsofthisstudydeterminedthatdesignabusinessexportplantothecompanyConfeccionesSaguiSACallowsthe
companytomakegoodusetotheVenezuelanmarketopportunitiesfortheirproducts.
