Click on the Main Menu.


Click on the Employee Self-Service link.
Click on the Travel and Expense Center link.

Click on the Make a Travel Request link.


Click on the Add a New Value tab.

Click on the Add button.

NOTE: If you can create TAs for other staff members you should use the look up button to choose
the Empl ID of the staff member whose travel you are preparing. By default your Empl ID
number appears.

From and To Dates.
Select country where you are
staying in (Origin).

Type in City of hotel.

Type in the name of the hotel in the Hotel field or


use the Preferred Hotels link.

Type in comments as appropriate.

Select Air.
Select From and To Dates.
Deselect Round-Trip Ticket if
appropriate.
Select Origin.
Enter name of the departure
airport in the From field.
