Speaker

Keynote

Rick Green (Producer, Director, Writer, Comedian,

Performer, Renowned Speaker, Award Winner)

UNLEASHED - THE PERIL, POWER, AND POTENTIAL OF THE ADHD MINDSET AT WORK "Creative.
Loyal. Charismatic. Inventive. Lateral Thinker. Full of Ideas. Enthusiastic. Able to hyper-focus when
interested." These are some of the strengths associated with adults who have Attention Deficit
Hyperactivity Disorder. There are very rich and successful entrepreneurs, stock market traders, high-tech
millionaires, entertainers, inventors, and even politicians who qualify as ADHD. It's been said that people
with ADHD are either in the boardroom or the doormanwildly successful or struggling in life. Sometimes
alternating between both extremes. One in 25 adults have this disorder. 4 out of 5 adults with ADHD
remain un-diagnosed, struggling against an invisible foe, believing they are weak, lazy, stupid, or deeply
flawed. Some employers claim their ADHD employees are their most valuable asset. In this powerful
presentation, writer/producer/director Rick Green shares about his own journey, from struggling comedian
to successful advocate for adults with ADHD.
Be warned: almost everything you have heard about ADHD is wrong. Rick will share the latest science
new brain-imaging technologies are shedding light on this 'Disorder'. And with a holistic approach adults
with ADHD can, and have, changed the world. Just ask Thomas Edison, Winston Churchill, and swimmer
Michael Phelps.
