In order to achieve success and to diversify my career I wanted to join Business Leadership

Programme in SOIL.
I am very much clear in my mind that I want to serve in an organization where I can
motivate people and learn from my seniors too in the process. Business Leadership
Programme will teach me on practical approach to the business proceedings.
BLP is the platform which would give the necessary launch pad for a corporate career and
teach me the nuances of what to expect in a corporate scenario and how to deal with
situations. Most importantly, this was all ever I wanted to do, since I feel no other course
interests me as much and can hone my skills to the extent an BLP can.
BLP will help me in enhancing my career opportunities, nourishing my communication skills,
building my consolidated business network, adding new skills and knowledge acquisition
and most important in personality development.
As I have already got five years plus experience in Information Technology Industry, I will
share my experience with my class members how I was tackling difficult situation in my
projects by efficient time management and keeping patient.
I have also got experience in organizing events, exhibitions and fests from my school level. I
will also encourage people to participate in different event to make it a success.
In order to build a strong network I will also communicate with the alumni to give their input
and recommendations to the fellow junior brother and sisters to be motivated and helps
juniors to taste the success in their career.
