Dear Parents:

Hope you had a relaxing weekend! Last

Thursday, the kids had a great time
enjoying all the different activities we
had for our Sports day!!
I hope you all enjoyed the pictures weve
shared on seesaw.
This week we will be waiting for all of you
to honor us with your visits on the days
of the 3 way conferences which will be
this Tuesday and Wednesday.

Math Inquiry:

We will be practicing copying and

extending patterns. We will be counting
numbers up to 50 and practicing
identifying 2D shapes through different
activities.

Important dates:

This Tuesday and Wednesday:

3-way conferences 5:30-8:30.

Literacy Inquiry:

This week we will be learning all about

letter Xx. We will be reading lots of
interesting books. We will be creating an XRay craft and a xylophone. We will be
reviewing our sight words and introducing a
new sight word.

Unit of Inquiry:
Central idea:

Relationships reflect who we are and enrich

our lives.
We will be discussing friendship and how it
enriches our lives.
We will also be discussing the roles of
community helpers, like policemen, firemen ,
doctors and nurses.
