HYPERTENTION
KASUS :
Seorang pasien lansia datang ke klinik dengan keluhan sering pusing dan kadang terasa ingin
pingsan. Setelah di diagnosis ternyata pasien mengalami hipertensi (tekanan darah tinggi). Pasien
diberi obat oleh dokter yaitu Olmesartan Medoxomil. Namun pasien juga mempunyai obat lain yang
ia dapat dari puskesma yaitu Ramipril. Pasien menanyakan manakah yang lebih efektif untuk
menormalisasikan BP (Blood Pressure).

BACKGROUND :
1. Apa definisi hipertensi ?
2. Apa penyebabab hipertensi ?

FOREGROUND :
Pada pasien hipertensi lansia manakah yang lebih efektif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah,
Olmesartan Medoxomil atau Ramipril?
