What is Stress and how does it effect us

Define stress: a state of mental tension and worry caused by


problems in your life, work.

How stress effect of physical:


Over eating or loss of appetite: change in our appetite when we feel
stress. For example, if the student have exam she/he never eat until they
finished the exam and other s eat more before exam.
Lack of sleep: that is more important because mind of the person who feel
stress come busy and uncomfortable thats why they cant sleep well. For
example, if the students have in next day presentation they will not sleep
because they will come overthinking about how they present.

How stress effect of mental:

Change in mood: tense person always be that opposite of what temperament around it. For
example, if there was celebrate and every body are happy the person how feel stress he/she will
feel uncomfortable and lazy.

Impulsive actions: the person who feel stress make a decision in wrong situations. For example,
the student who feel in one article thinks he can not complete his study.

How stress effects social behavior :


Angry outbursts : Controlled anger on the person tense that he feels nervous
chronic. For example, Man becomes unable to tolerate the opinions of others
and show tantrums.
Social withdrawal : Person isolated from society and wants to spend of his time
alone. For example, A person becomes a lonely and think too much.

What is your result on Cohen stress scale? 27(high perceived stress.)

What does this result mean to you? This means that I needed a lot of rest, and
underestimate the tension I feel it .

When I was going to perform IELTS exam, I was tense

Describe at least one effect of this stress on you. Tension affects my strength, For
example, when I was talking in speaking exam I forget everything I study about and I lost
a lot of mark .
