Introduction:
The proposed plan that was given is about making a proposed plan for a Resort company
named Palm View Resort: Teknaf. Which is situated in Teknaf, Coxs Bazar. Mainly our target
customers will be families and corporate people. So we want to build a resort which is suitable
for our targeted people. We will build some villas and a hotel room with administrative building.
Resource:
For this business we have 5 acre of land that is beach frontage. And I am an MIS experts.
Location:
Palm View Resort: Teknaf The resort will be located in the South of Coxs Bazar on a
5 acre site that has beach frontage, with palm trees forming a barrier between the beach and the
resort.
Our Services:

1. For Corporate and Business Travelers we will offers hotel room and suite room in our
resort. If they want to hair villa they can.
2. For family we mainly offers different types of villa in our resort compound.
Assumptions:
1. All villas for rent. We will provide several of support according to their needs.
2. Physical construction of the resort office will be completed at least 6 months before
construction of the resort as a whole.
3. Customer can ensure their accommodation though internet or face to face meeting or by
agent.

As a luxury lifestyle and holiday destination Palm Views Resort will naturally be
expected to provide state-of-the-art entertainment services, transportation system, guide and
security facilities for visiting different place. As many entertainment services (internet, cable TV
etc.) depend on sending digital information to the user, data transmission facilities will be
necessary because now we are in the modern era. Security service is necessary to feel safe for
guest.
