moving to replicon timesheets

Will be componsatited for every hour worked, must get approval in advance, only
an AD can approve timesheets
New system has option to clock in and out, clock in as soon as you get to work.
Need to clock out for lunch (need to take at least 30 min).

p bc higher taxes on build up
Replicon has an app
Vacation time, sick, personal and other times off does not count for overtime to
tals that need to be filled. Overtime starts once 40 hours have been worked.
work week is monday to sunday
expectations need to be clear
9am-530pm regular work day is 8 hours or 40 hours a week
log over time requests and accepatance via email
Applications that count toward overtime
vendor lunch with presentation
Training
client lunch and dinner
meals at desk count as overtime
working from home during off hours
